We work with each patient to develop a specific treatment plan for his or her individual needs. Payment for service is due at the time of service. All services provided are the total financial responsiblity of the patient. We are happy to assist our patients in utilizing their insurance benefits and making personalized financial arrangements.

For your convenience, we accept personal checks, all major credit cards and assignment of insurance benefits on most plans.
